Penn GSE is committed to making our education accessible to qualified students like you. Many of our students look at their Penn graduate degree as an investment in their future and finance their graduate education through a combination of institutional funding, federal aid, and private educational loans or other sources. You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for federal aid and private loans. International students are eligible for Penn GSE scholarships, assistantships, and fellowships but not federally funded aid or private loans.
